Seagate misleading customers and not willing to verify warranty status of drives.

Well, wasn't that nice.
Soon you'll have to buy your harddrives like you do your fruit, checking to make sure that they're both fresh, and not something that has been kept in the back for a long time... Not that I think it's that much of a problem if you buy a new SATA drive that has recently been introduced... But I'd be a bit weary to buy an ATA/100 drive these days.... |
