DVD can read a dvd but can't read a cd's
I have a dell laptop and i change the motherboard after i change the motherboard the dvd driver read the dvd but can't read any cd's. Does anyone can tell me what could be. thanks

System specs
Well there are 2 different lasers in your DVD drive, once for CD's and one for DVD's. It could very have happened that your CD laser has shot craps.
