AverTV USB 2.0 (M026) Vista Driver

Hi,

After many emails to Avermedia without any response, I found the Windows Vista driver for my AverTV USB 2.0 (M026) Tv tuner just right in my Windows folder.

After installing the original XP driver from Avermedia with its own setup, I found the installed driver files in the C:\Windows\crescentec folder. I pointed to this folder for my Tv tuner and Vista accepted this driver. The installisation was successful and everything is going fine.

In the device manager there are two Hardware installed for AverTV USB 2.0. The one is listed in Imaging hardware which needed manual installisation of driver for Vista. The other one is listed in the Sound and Game Controllers section with the same name. I also updated this driver with the one in C:\Windows\crescentec folder and both hardware for AverTV are listed now under Imaging Devices.

I also installed the application from the Avermedia website. It needs to be running with Windows XP SP2 compatible selection and administrative rights.

The original driver link is below:

PS: The link will be available in 24h.

Hope you like it..
