The rebooting went on for a long time...Until I got tired of losing my mouse cursor or file to the "dummy" monitor.
Dummy monitor ONLY visible with OBS and used for a VM.
It's wonderful to stop having random reboots after I stopped the extension!
Guess I'll have to take my chances when I need to work with the VM.
