Hey, I just put a second network card in my computer and I just tried to run another computer off it and never worked :S do I need to install anything else if so please tell me

No, computers don't magically start talking to each other once you have connected them with a cable

"never worked" means what? What exactly did you do? Have you read any of the zillions of home networking guides that tell you how to network two or more Windows PCs?

Anyways, my point was that we cannot help you if you just say "it doesn't work". There's dozens of steps to doing anything and you could have done any of them wrong. Describe exactly what you want, what have you done so far and what do you have now (how is it broken).
