2003 server software

I purchased a Dell poweredge 400sc without operating system. I just bought 2003sbs standard. I have four pc's on a linksys 4 port wireless router. The main pc that comcast has registered is not the server, that's new. Do I have to set the router back to out of box settings and start over obtaining new mac address from comcast.
