5Hv2 sound problem

My steelseries 5Hv2 is not working propely, the sound appears to only come out of 1 of the headsets speakers. despite all driver tweaking I have had no luck and I need a solution to this problem quickly.

Oh, you are talking about headphones.... Make sure the headphone is plugged in securely to the jack. Also make sure that the plug cover at the end of the headphone wire is tight.

After checking all this, a wire may be broken at the plug or where the wire enters the headset
