648 Max MSI board

I need help in locating drivers for a 648 MAX MSI motherboard, and I also need help in locating drivers for the network card also. Its ethernet

any help would be appreciated, I have XP-home edition installed on the computer

You have a sis chipset, so you look for sis, xp, drivers for whatever device you want.

Look that it's compatible with your motherboards chipset before you dl, it says your chipset on the link to your motherboard above.
