6600GT work with my motherboard??

i am currently waiting to purchase the 6600GT graphics card yet i dont know if i will have to buy a new motherboard to accomodate it. my current motherboard a 'AL845GE' (doesnt say who made it ). it has 1 AGP slot and 3 PCI slots. Will i need PCIe slots or will the normal PCI work??
