9600 EZ overclocking

Hello, I have a radeon 9600 pro EZ and have been told it is more than likely underclocked. Can anyone give me a guide to tell me how i can bring it up to full performance? Since it is underclocked, will i not need any extra cooling? Thank you.

the clock speed is at 400mhz and is ok and the ram is at 400mhz which is underclocked 200mhz, not too much of a difference. but before you go on an overclocking spree, read up or do some reasearch on overclocking. read this thread https://www.techspot.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9388. it may be about overclocking cpu's but the info is still valid.
