I hooked the 9800 Pro up using a s-video cable but the quality is really poor. There is a bunch of little flicker spots on the screen (they look red and blue) and its pretty blurry. I tried several different resolutions but no luck. I have the refresh rate set at 60mhz and its set for NTSC mode. Whenever I restart the computer, the spots go away but the screen jumps from top and bottom. Once I get back into windows the spots appear again. Anybody got any ideas on what I can do to clear it up?
