A disk read error occurred, Press ctrl+alt+del to restart

Hi,

The error occurs when starting my PC. I am able to restore an image and have enclosed a dump file of the error.

Can someone tell me what the actual error is?

It`s caused by sonypv13.sys.
This is part of the drivers for a camcorder
or other sony device.Uninstall them.

That has been trouble to me all week after a fresh re format.
