I've just put 2 512mb strips of Kingston pc3200 ram into my Asus A7N8X-E mobo. I understand this is the ram type i'll need to make the most of the 400fsb? I didn't alter any settings from the previous pc2700 ram i had in, which i just used the default settings for. It states dual channel on boot, but how do i know it's set up right, to make the most from my system? Should i adjust any BIOS settings?

Also, in my system information it says my XP3200's speed is 2191Mhz. Is this right?

Yes, the 3200+ runs at 2200MHz (11 x 200). You can always check your BIOS settings but by default Ram speed & timings are set to "By SPD" & in this case, your Ram will be running at 200mhz, in sync with the CPU's FSB. You can also have a look at the timings but those too should be set properly automatically.
