trying to install new western digatal 250 gig sata2 drive on asus A7V600 mob.
Have 80g wd ide drive as master & xp sp2 os.System boots to asus blue screen then seems to hang if sata drive is instaled as slave (ie: ide boots first then sata drive) if remove ide drive and boot with sata the mob see's the drive but when i run xp install no drive is found .Have latest bios & have
jumpers set to run 150 mbs (as per asus adivce).
