Accessibility options gone!

  1. Well ive been trying to turn off my sticky keys so when i press shift a bunch of times in a row (5) a stickykeys message pops up. i went to try to turn them off and there is no accessibility options in my control panel.... i did a search within windows, and got a error saying that This program could not start.. how do i get this back, i want those stickykeys shortcut GONE!


    sys info below - xp pro (os)

    anyone?! also, ive got this msagent that wont go away, its the little wizard guy that pops up and is supposed to be a helper, its usually in like ms office but its on my desktop, and i cant get it to go away>! ... windows :/

    Have you tried to go through control panel / Add & Remove programs / Pick Add & Remove Window components in the left side bar and it may ask for the original CD or they may be in the computer. You shouul be able to access all of the programs in Windows fromt there. Hope it helps.
