I use this on my work computer but can't get it to work at home.
Both are Win XP PRO.
When going to a web page and selecting "Set As Desktop" item, it should p ut the webpage or image on your desktop. On my work comp it displays fine. At home I can only display desktop images but no web content.
This is a fairly new install of XP (few months) I don't know if its a user setting or there is some program disabling it.
