Adobe Reader

I have Windows 10 Home edition installed on my computer. The problem is that I can't close PDF files with Adobe Reader. I have to force closure. (Opening files is not a problem.) What can I do to overcome this problem?

You could uninstall and reinstall it. There are however other programs and I use Foxit Reader which is free and can be downloaded from the Download section of Techspot. There are nags to get you to "upgrade" to a more comprehensive version including free trials. You don't have to do that and I've been using Foxit Reader free for years to handle PDFs. I reckon it's better than Adobe's version and easy to use.
