Ads instant hdtv pci

i use a hp 550 laptop and recently there are no sound coming out of my speakers and i have checked the volume and its not muted, i checked with the device manager and it shows an exclamation mark on the ads instant hdtv pci showing code 10 error...pls what do i do...

Remove the device with the yellow exclamation and reboot the laptop

I have tried it but the problem persists.I also noticed that any time I check the mixer the speakers display 'Bluetooth hands-free audio' in parenthesis instead of my audio output device. I think this is the actual problem?
