Have an eMachine T2615 MOBO L7VMM2 with onboard video. Have Windows XP SP2. Purchased a game card ATI Radeon X1600 Pro (256 MB).
Installed the drivers but the pc will not pick up same. Went into BIOS and there was no mention of disabling the onboard video, thinking this was the problem.
Went to CPU-Z and under Mainboard the Graphics Interface containing AGP info was greyed out. The fact that the pc came with an onboard video makes me suspect that a driver is needed for AGP slot. Any ideas? Thanks.

The BIOS should have something about setting the video priority. The on-board VGA will be listed as PCI. You should be able to set this to AGP.

Unless the onboard video is listed under a different term I cannot find nothing on it. Thanks anyway.
