Alternative to Peer Guardian in Vista

Could anyone please suggest me any alternative to PeerGuardian that works in Vista OS 32BIT and 64BIT?

Many p2p applications support PeerGuardian's blocklists (in addition to other blocklist formats). Blocklist Manager should also help.
