Ok...again.. ALCXWDM.SYS is the driver it refers to. Thats my audio driver for mt onboard card. I uninstalled the driver, installed the most recent. Still happens. Every time it point to that same driver. I went to my event log and the only red one thats withing the time frame is this

DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to start the service helpsvc with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{833E4010-AFF7-4AC3-AAC2-9F24C1457BCE}

Just checked for the exact time of the boot and the event viewer had a lot of bad sector errors it was trying to read from when it happend. I hope my hd isn't dieing...its fairly new :(

In details
File name is :netevent.dll
event id 10005

Microsoft has no info on this error. It happens a lot, and it always points to the alcxwdm file. Please help, I tried all I can think of...It didn't happen until recently either. I have no idea what else to do. At the moment my audio drivers are uninstalled, just to see if it will happen without them...
