To expand on blind Dragon a bit, read this thread If your system is infected, read this before deciding whether to Clean or Format.
If you decide to clean your system, follow these instructions Virus/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions and post fresh HJT, Combofix, and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments to this thread as well as the result of the Panda Antirootkit scan.
Bensoir, you are running an outdated version of HJT so make sure you download the latest version from the link in the Preliminary removal instructions and move and rename the file according to the instructions in the link on "as attachments"
Blind Dragon, help yourself to the attachment if you want to carry on with this thread and I'll leave you to it

If you have followed the instructions properly, you will have 3 log files and a result from Panda AntiRootkit. You have only supplied one log so go through the instructions again and follow them to a T.
