    My AV can't remove it.
    I'm running XP
    File C:\windows\system32\irun4.exe
    Anyone know how I can fix it.

    boot to your XP CD- go into recovery console (repair option)

    cd windows\system32
    del irun4.exe
    exit

    reboot and it will be gone.

    Or boot into safe mode and delete it that way, if you are not comfortable with the dos prompt.
