Every so often my PC will completely crash with the dreaded win32k.sys BSoD. I haven't been able to find out the direct cause so if anyone could look at my minidumps, I would greatly appreciate it. I got three crashes on the 7th of July, then one on the 16th, 22th, and the 26th (today). So it's entirely random..I don't know what the problem is. My computer passes memtest and prime for hours and I've got the BSoD's while just surfing the web.

Corsair XMS 1GB PC3200
GeForce 7900GT

All of your minidumps show the same, win32k.sys. Could still be faulty ram. Faulty ram can pass those memory tests. Try swapping out the memory. Also could be a faulty video card.
