Anybody had trouble getting key from AVG?

Bought a new/used laptop, was loading it up with all the goodies from
this forum that have worked so well on my desktop for past several
years.

Decided to purchase the AVG Anti-Spyware subscription for both my
desktop and laptop, went to the AVG home site, made the purchase,
(somehow the name changed to AVG Anti-Virus which supposedly
includes the anti-spyware - I am already running the AVG Free which
is supposed to be anti-virus, not?) what was at least portrayed as being
the AVG sales site, called "element 5", took my payment, gave me a link
to download it, and in that email said I should be getting a key direct from
Grisoft within 2 hours.

That's been since last Tuesday with no key, and no response to 2
emails sent with the info on Grisoft / AVG's Customer Help online forms.

Did I get snookered again somehow?

Hopefully they're just busy, or having connectivity problems,
or something.

That's the form I've used twice, last time yesterday.

I told them if I didn't have the key by Monday nite
I'd dispute the debit card charge for non-receipt.

Hopefully that'll get a rise out of them.

Best way to get it in case people read the thread in the future. Is to download the free trial then upgrade.
