    I call shenanigans. This **** needs to stop.
    Store credit in this case costs (next to) nothing to Apple, or at least a deep discount - whereas they ripped people off for real money.
    This sort of settlement needs to be cash-or-cheque only.

    Did you even read the article? They forced other publishers to artificially raise their prices.

    ..."In 2013, a federal court ruled in favor of plaintiffs after it found that Apple had in fact colluded with publishers."...

    Must be an apple fanboy for sure.

    They can set their prices as they damn well please. It's when they start collaborating with others to raise prices that it becomes illegal
