ASUS M2A-VM wont boot

i need help...

asus m2a-vm
amd athlon x2 4000+
1gb ram
80gb hdd
480w psu

the problem is, when i turn it on, the mobo led lite up,
the cpu fan runs but my hdd and my dvd wont spin...

the hdd and dvd is okay (ive checked)

and there was no display on the screen...

pls help me out...
