Why can't you install the video card? It's plugged into the motherboard now right? If you turned VGA share memory to 0 and you plugged the monitor into the video card and you still don't see anything on the monitor then you might have to reset your BIOS to undo the memory thing. Is this right? You have the video card plugged into the mobo and the monitor connected to the video card but nothing on the screen?
IF this is the case then do the following:
To restore your BIOS settings you must remove your CMOS battery (thin silver looking disk on the motherboard)(sort of looks like a large watch battery). Remove this for 10 minutes! Now reinsert it and plug your monitor into the onboard video connector of the mobo and reboot. All should be back to where we began! No video card installed!

Your mobo may have a jumper to enable/disable the onboard video. Please review the mobo manual for where this jumper is located. Are you sure you can't find anything in the BIOS menu which might refer to :
Integrated S3 Graphics UniChrome 2D/3D Graphics with motion compensation????

I'll let you get the BIOS reset first, so you can see your BIOS on the monitor :O

Can you boot into the BIOS menu now? or is the monitor dark?
You need to install the video card and connect the monitor to it. and reboot computer as normal.
