Bad Image Error

My Windows 7 computer has been in a bow for a few months. After I had plugged it all in and uninstalled a few programs, I started to do the updates that happen when you turn off your computer. After 2 or 3 updates, I installed Malwarebytes and ran a scan. After the scan, I updated Windows once more and then these messages popped up on reboot and whenever I open a program.

(Program).exe - Bad Image
C:\PROGRA~2\SEARCH~2\SEARCH~1\bin\VC32LO~.\1.DLL is either not
designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try uninstalling the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

I have already tried many methods to fix the error. In order, I tried to do a sfc/scannow command, a registry change (I'll specify later), a system restore, uninstalling Malwarebytes, and doing a disk check. The registry change was according to this video
I have nothing else to do so now I'm seeking help. Please tell me what to do.
