These two batteries look identical, same model number, but:

Now, they both have the same model number, but... the voltage varies from 10.8 to 11.1. And the mAh varies from 4000 to 4400...
My current (broken) battery is 10.8 Vdc, 4000 mAh.
I've also seen this battery advertised as 10.8/11.1 Vdc. Is it safe to let the deviation stand? Are they still identical?
