Battle.net payment problem with PayPal

Just decide to get Diablo III - pay - get downloader - download/patch/etc - start
Battle.net dont accept my payment method (and I dont have other to try)
no troubles atm with PP, seems to works fine ?:-/
any ideas?

if no - ill save 60 euros

I have had problems with Blizzard/Paypal before, Blizzard really doesn't have a good system for their Paypal payments, I've spent hours looping between them and Paypal.

ATM, I believe that blizzard requires that you have a credit card on file with Paypal, even if you do have balance on your Paypal account.

Could this be the problem?

a few months ago they changed their ToS, but never read it cos its sooo long

never had this problem before
was playing WoW for years and everything was just fine
