    Plextor and Lite-On. Nobody seems to believe me on Lite-On but read the reviews on them, nearly everyone that owns one loves it, and they are CHEAP.

    Plextor is probably the best. But Lite-On is very inexpensive and very reliable. I've used a few of them in systems I've built. I have also heard nothing but good things about them.
