What would be the best CPU option for this motherboard?

Core 2 Duo Pentium D Pentium 4 with CPU Socket Type LGA 775
FSB 800 or lower, down to perhaps 533
If you are gamer do not get this board. Otherwise 533 MHz will work great and be fairly inexpensive.

yes, I got the board a year ago on the recommendation of a techspot member, but I have been unable to use it to update an HP (monitor did not respond), so I was thinking of some way to put it to good use.
