Best free AV/Firewall combination for Windows 7

I was wondering if anyone has tested any of the free Anti-Virus/Firewall combinations on Windows 7.

I've seen several threads on the subject for earlier OSs and I read this thread " https://www.techspot.com/blog/463/list-of-antivirus-that-presently-work-with-windows-7-beta/ " which says that Avast and Avira both work on Windows 7 Beta.

I was unable to find any info on any firewalls (Zonealarm, Comodo) that are compatible with 7. Should I stick with Windows Firewall and use Avast or Avira?

Also, does anyone have any info on Malwarebytes and SUPERAntispyware's compatibility with Windows 7?
