Best iOS call blocking app

My elderly grandparents have recently travelled to visit my family and I and my grandfather has an IOS device. My grandmother has already lost a lot of money to phone and sms scams and while I myself have the Should I Answer? Android app and find it very good, which I will be installing on my grandmother's phone, does anyone know any good free call blocking apps for android, preferably that feature foreign/premium call blocking and SMS blocking where possible.
