Best Pop-up preventer?

I currently use Pop-Up Stopper from panicware.com, but it doesn't block the GAIN/Gator pop-ups that I get from my DivX codecs. I'm looking for one that does. Pop-Up stopper seems to work fine, I just want it to stop all pop-ups.

Now Jamie Kellner is gonna tell me blocking pop-ups is stealing :dead:

Disable Active Scripting in Internet Options, Security tab, Internet Zone. Best recommended for security anyway
