Sometimes I like to get images from TV programs (caps). I'm trying to figure what video capture card will give me the best quality images (note I don't have an HDTV receiver so I can't get an HD card).

Currently, I have DISH Network as the video source and I am using the Osprey 100 card to get the images. You can see the quality of the images below.

But, what card can produce even sharper images than that? Links to the places online where I can purchase them if possible.

Here are some of my system specs in case you need them:

    Pentium 4 - 1.7 GHz
    256 MB - SDRam
    Radeon 9700 Pro
    40 GB HD.
    Windows XP Professional

    Thanks.

You should have given more details about the card you use here.

    Thanks for sharing.
