Can anyone tell me what kind of cable does a blackout buster b6u use & where can I get one?

You talking about the power cable? It takes the same type of power cable that you CPU or Monitor takes. Check out their website here http://www.pkworld.com

Not the power cord, i'm talking about the data cable. The one you connect form the blackout buster to the computer.

It's apparently a telephone connection on the ups end and a serial cable on the cpu end. I have no idea where to get one as the company's web site (www.pkworld.com) seems only to be a sales site and has no information or tech support options. I can't even find a local retailer that still sells this brand, although it's supposed to be one of the best.

Does anyone have any idea where to download the software for this for Windows XP? The pkworld site does not have any tech support or any other useful information.
