Blinking power button, computer won't start

Last night I finished building my first pc in 10 years. I started it, installed windows and drivers. I ran it for about 4 hours before I went to bed. I left it on because I was downloading a game. This morning, blinking power button and nothing works. I unplugged it for a bit, I pressed the cmos reset button on the back, I plugged it straight into the wall. Nothing. I can't be the PSU right, its only been in use for 8 hours at the most. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Work up power chain to and including motherboard.

Check wall outlet, check power connections to motherboard and video card.

If still issue, then try another PSU.
