Hi,

I have been getting blue screen error recently. I.e., yesterday thrice I got it, after which I formatted my C Drive where windows was installed. But today again I got the same error and system restarted. I don't know much about these things, any help is greatly appreciated. I will attach a copy of the error file with this. Thanks in advance.

The blue screens are coming from your video card or it's driver. You haven't given your computers specs, but do you have a Geforce Nvidia video card or on-board Intel video?

This is on-board video... What is the model of the computer and/or motherboard? I know it is Windows 7 Service Pack 1

The computer is the box that has the button on it that you push to turn it on. The model number is located somewhere on this box. There is also a name like HP, Acer or Dell on it

It is intel's motherboard.
Model DG41RQ
Version AAE54511-205

:'(

Ehh?? Is that what you wanted??

Nothing. Just fine. One more thing. I didnt change anything, but yesterday it didn't restart.
