Blue Screen of Death on New AMD

Please Help.

I'm not sure why my last post on this was deleted.

But here it goes again.

I keep getting the blue screen of death "Memory Dump" on my new AMD system.
It happens when I'm editing video on Sony Vegas or Play BF2.
I have no other program running other then the program I'm using when this happens. Can someone help me?

The specs are below.

Windows Professional xp2 32 bit
AMD Athlon 64x2 6000 3.0ghz
3gb Corsar xms Ram
Nvidia 7950 gt 512 mb video card
320gb 7200 RPM system drive
500gb 7200 Rpm Second Drive
150gb 10,000 RPM Raptor Drive
