I am currently seeing a lot of bluescreens happening on our systems which are Lenovo T410 laptops running Windows XP SP3 with 2 gigs of ram. We can't seem to find a common denominator other than all the laptops have the Avaya One-X phone software loaded on them. The only other possible issue could be with our image we load onto the systems. All of the laptops at some point whether it be once, twice a day, or a few times a week, get the following Save Dump error in the system event log... The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x1000007f (0x00000008, 0x80042000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) It seems like a pretty vague error to me, but I have attached a few minidumps from three of the machines hoping someone would be able to shed some light.
