Bluescreen twice. 2nd BBC19

3 days ago, I installd magic partition software and my laptop crash.
Cnnt repair windows, so formatted it..

Yesterday I got a bluescree.
Just only also got a bluescreen.

Never get bluescreen before..

072511-20919-01.dmp is the latest (2nd)

Pls do help me.

Hi, CHAN can you try to open up memory cover and take out memory (Ram) after that put in back.

In addition to what Assis has said one of your minidumps cited motmodem.sys as the cause of your issues. This driver is a Motorola USB Modem and Ports Driver.

Looking at your minidumps you may - I said may - need to do a Windows Repair.

Thx Assis and Route44.. I UNinstalled it already.. kaspersky Malaysia sucks..
I emailed then for help, they said "uninstall SUPERAntiSpyware"

Yesterday morning got the 3th and 4th crash when I start run the Motorolla software..
I uninstalled it..

here is my 3rd and 4th minidump..
Pls help check...

BTW, how did u know it the motorola driver?

motmodem.sys was cited again in the fourth minidump. The third minidump cited the Windows OS driver modem.sys as the cause. The issue isn't with your OS driver but appears to be in conflict with motmodem.sys.

By the way, have you completely uninstalled Kaspersky?
