Blurred Display With White Shadow Mouse Pointer

Ok, So It's Not My monitor that has aproblem, i changed the monitor with my old one. and it's still the same...im the one who sent the BENQ lcd monitor problem and it's still there. It's not the monitor's problem It's Something else, does it got to do with the display driver or card(Is there a card?)?...can someone help me out to find an updated driver for this...My motherboard model is an ASrock P4i45GV, and i'm using the intel extreme graphic...PLEASE!!!
