I tried to boot the computer on safe mode but cant it wont allow me so i tried to run msconfig and on the boot.ini tab i check the box of safeboot and then click apply after restarting the computer cant go anymore on the system it was like a keep restarting/loop.What i wanted to do now is to put things back to normal, set back to default the boot.ini
