Boot Issue

Hi,I have an issue in next every 2-3 days my pc is not booting up.What is the problem please let me know
Pc specs
R5 1600
Gigabyte ds3h mb
Corsair LPX memory 8*2 3000mhz cl16
galax 1650super
VS550
kingstone 120 gig ssd
WD 1TB HDD

If computer does not boot into Windows, turn on the power and press F8. On the Windows Advanced Boot Option screen, select one or more of the following options. Select them one at a time and press the enter key to attempt a system restart. Repair Your Computer allows Windows to run diagnostic tests.
