Brand new Compaq BSOD

please help!
i have a brand new compaq laptop with windows7 we just got today and i keep getting the bsod !

all i have done on the computer since getting it was to update windows , and then i installed avg free antivirus 2011, ccleaner, and zone alarm firewall. after rebooting from the zone alarm install i now get bsod and restart.
what is my problems?!! THANK YOU!!!!

Remove AVG. Earlier this year it was reported that it was crippling systems running Vista and 7. Many people coming here lately have had issues with AVG and once they removed it all has gone well.

Zonealarm can also be a mixed bag.

thanks for the reply... i uninstalled norton online backup and norton internet security and so far have not had another bsod

Rule to keep in mind: Having more than one type security of security software running at any giiven time will cause your system to crash. The drivers conflict with each other.
