Brand New Vista Won't Start Up

Hey everybody, I just got my Vista Home Premium upgrade from HP. After backing up all my files and installing Vista via the upgrade CD (which took like 4 hours), Vista won't start up. Once the BIOS screen goes away my computer simply restarts and it all happens again. I tried everything I could think of. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to ask any questions. Thank you very much.

NEVERMIND fixed it. Just finished installing again and now it magically works. Now I have the problem of 2 OSs though.
