  1. BCCODE 24, how can I find the cause?

    Hi.
My computer crashes and I'm getting this information after it restarts:

    BCCode : 24 BCP1 : 001902FE BCP2 : F89A9854 BCP3 : F89A9550
    BCP4 : 805824FF OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

What can I do to resolve this?

    Go to Windows Safe mode
We need to run a Check Disk on the drive
How I do this is to go to My Computer
Right Click on C Drive - Properties-Tools-CheckNow-AutomaticallyFix Ticked
    Apply OK YES
    Restart

Once chkdisk has finished hopefully you will get to Normal mode
If you do, run Defrag fully

    Thanks for the replay.
    1. The computer restart to normal mode.
    2. I've made the check- It displayed the 'check' window and when it was completed - the normal windows screen.
    3. defrag c:\.

    Now what...?

    That's it, accordind to MS
If it didn't work then it was going to be a Ram issue (so you could run a Ram memory test if you like - but they must be run for many hours)

    Anyway, problem solved ?

Maybe, the crash happens around once a day, I'll wait and see it this will return.

    Thanks for now!

By the way I should have said run CCleaner then Defrag
But you still can, and I think it will help
