BSOD 0x7b help

hye guys..i just installed new mobo to my pc..and when i fired it up is shows bsod 0x7b
how do i fix this..i search some info and found that it is due to the conflict between new mobo chipset and in the hdd itself..but how can i reformat my hdd if i cant even enter the os??helpppp~

You have to format the drive when you begin the Windows 7 reinstall
